I look forward to meeting you!

My hometown is Richmond, Virginia but I currently live here in Winchester and my Alma Mater is Shenandoah University. My major was Mass Communications with a minor in Professional & Popular Writing. I was also a member of the football team where I played cornerback, and the track team in the 100, 200, and 4×1. My favorite hobbies are weight lifting, singing, and my favorite subject is history so I love to watch historical documentaries.
Editors Note:
Langston won’t tell you this, but he was a 4×1 ODAC Champion in 2021! Check out the video below to see the Shenandoah victory (lane 3, last leg).
SU is special to me because it allowed me to discover myself with the opportunities and activities they offered. I would not be the person I am today if I did not come to Shenandoah. Shenandoah is very diverse and I learned so much in my time as an undergrad. I joined the Harambe Gospel Choir and I was able to do so much more in my time here.

My advice to students about applying to college is to not be afraid to take a chance. Apply any and everywhere you can see yourself going or want to go. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. The same can be said about visits. You can’t get the real feel of campus just by looking at it online. Going there could be the determining factor of where you’ll be going.
