I look forward to working with you!

I am from Martinsburg, WV, and I earned a B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University, where I continued my education and earned a M.A. in Counseling. Shenandoah University is special to me because it has the opportunities of a large university with a close-knit community atmosphere among staff and students.

My hobbies include hiking/going for walks in new places, Netflix, reading, yoga, and trying new coffee shops. At Shenandoah, I enjoy taking walks through Sarah’s Glen and Jim Barnett park. In Winchester, anything on the walking mall downtown! I like eating outside at any of the restaurants and listening to live music.

My advice to incoming students is to ask a lot of questions to a lot of people (your program faculty, current students, staff around campus, etc.) and find ways that interest you to get involved both on campus and in the greater community.
