I look forward to working with you!

I am from Hagerstown, MD and I was a part of the first, 4-year graduating class from Barbara Ingram School for the Arts where I studied Voice. I am a 2018 graduate from Shenandoah Conservatory, where I received a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance.
When I arrived on move-in day, my mom pulled out a picture of me from when I was a kid. I was standing on a table in Jim Barnett Park feeding, what felt like at the time, hundreds of ducks and SU was in the background. I didn’t know back then that this would be the place I would call a second home!

The best advice that I can give to any new student is to get involved and get out of your comfort zone. College is supposed to challenge you to try new things, meet new people, and make long lasting connections with your peers, and faculty and staff. You can’t do that from sitting alone in your room! If I never would have ventured out of my residence hall, I never would have met my SU family! *Starts singing “We are family”*
