Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions
I grew up in a tiny town in Northern Michigan, and moved to Metro-Detroit where I received a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Oakland University.
I am a 2017 graduate of Shenandoah Conservatory with a Master of Music in Voice Pedagogy. I was originally drawn to Shenandoah because of the well-known music program, but from my first visit to campus I realized the positive and supportive environment Shenandoah creates for all students.
In my free time I like to go hiking at the Shenandoah National Park. There are so many beautiful scenic overlooks along Skyline Drive. As a student this is the perfect place to de-stress and connect with nature.
The best advice I received when I began my journey at SU was to make meaningful connections. Shenandoah is a tight-knit community with faculty and staff who will help you succeed beyond the classroom. Take advantage of as many opportunities as you can and you will be amazed at what you will achieve!
I am a coffee connoisseur! Winchester has a handful of local coffee shops that not only make a great cup of coffee, but are the perfect place to study or sit and talk with friends.
