This will also allow time for stress relief and social interaction with a diverse student body. Wednesdays @ Noon – L.I.I.T. @ Lunch w/ Trevor (virtual only)
Thursdays @ 7am – “Yoga Where you are” w/ Christina (in-person @ HPB & virtual)
Thursdays @ 6pm – NEW CLASS! Buti Yoga w/ Christina (in-person & virtual) – Break the mold of what you think yoga is. This is a movement-based yoga practice that elevates the heart rate with a combination of plyometrics and yoga. This mixture allows it to become a H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training) style practice. Buti Yoga is an all in one program that brings both high energy and stillness, cardio and stretching, work, and relaxation into one space.
Due to COVID-19, our fitness classes will have a limited capacity for in-person participation, however, we will continue to offer virtual classes taught by your favorite instructors!
We are passionate to help you stay motivated and focused to reach your fitness goals. Watch yourself excel as a member of SUFiT. SUFiT is a personal training program on campus, serving Shenandoah University’s students, faculty, and staff. Whether you are looking for guidance in strength training, weight loss, or simply to learn how to use the equipment in the Brandt Student Center Fitness Center, our certified trainers will lead you through the 6-week program.
