Now that we are re-opened, please be patient as things look a little different. We are requiring all Fitness Center users to wear a mask at all times while in the facility.
The staff here are passionate about creating a fitness experience to help you get the most out of life. We hope to provide opportunities for all SU students, faculty, and staff to stay fit through the use of our state-of-the-art equipment and classes.

Tuesdays @ 8am – Virtual MORNING Yoga Fitness Class w/Amanda
Tuesdays @ 6pm – Virtual Yoga Fitness Class w/Amanda
Wednesdays @ Noon – Back to Basics Fitness Class w/ Beth & Trevor
Wednesdays @ 6pm – Hybrid Back to Basics Fitness Class w/ Beth & Trevor – In-person class will take place in the grassy area alongside the BSC, near the parking deck.
Thursdays @ 7pm – Hybrid Dance Party Fitness Class w/ Morgan – In-person class will take place on the Tennis Courts.
Sundays @ 5pm – Hybrid Total Body X Fitness Class w/ Nicole – In-person class will take place on the Intramural Field, directly behind the BSC.
Hybrid classes will be offered in-person and virtually.
Due to COVID-19, our fitness classes will have a limited capacity for in-person participation, however, we will continue to offer virtual classes taught by your favorite instructors!
We are passionate to help you stay motivated and focused to reach your fitness goals. Watch yourself excel as a member of SUFiT. SUFiT is a personal training program on campus, serving Shenandoah University’s students, faculty, and staff. Whether you are looking for guidance in strength training, weight loss, or simply to learn how to use the equipment in the Brandt Student Center Fitness Center, our certified trainers will lead you through the 6-week program.
