Shenandoah Series of Poker – Points…The more SSOP events you take part in, the better you do, the more points you earn. The players with the highest two point totals who have not already earned a seat, will earn a spot at the Final table!
All Intramural participants must be listed on their team’s roster on www.IMLeagues.com prior to arriving to their Intramural Sports competition.

We are Making Improvements:
In an effort to improve our systems, we are using a new membership software. Due to this fact, all Fitness Center users will need to complete the new waiver prior to being able to use the Brandt Student Center Fitness Center. If you are a returning student and filled out the waiver since February 1, 2019, you should be good to go! If you are a new student or simply new to our Fitness Center, don’t delay your workout, fill it out today (will take less than 2-minutes).

Fitness Classes are hosted in the Brandt Student Center room 123 (BSAC) or Shingleton Gymnasium and are FREE for all Shenandoah University students, faculty and staff.
Mondays: 6pm – BarreWorks w/ Natalie (BSC room 123)
Mondays: 7pm – Yoga w/ Amber (BSC room 123)
Tuesdays: 6pm – Dance Party w/ De’Angelo (held in Shingleton Gymnasium)
Wednesdays: 6:30pm – Total Body X w/ Nicole
This is a brand new class to our schedule! Experience a variety of strength, cardio and core exercises as you push past ordinary and become X-traordinary with Nicole in Total Body X. This full body workout is sure to help you reach your fitness goals through the use of free weights, bands and body weight exercises focused on helping you strengthen, tone and build up your cardiovascular endurance.

SUFiT is a personal training program on campus, serving Shenandoah University’s students, faculty, and staff. Whether you are looking for guidance in strength training, weight loss, or simply to learn how to use the equipment in the Brandt Student Center Fitness Center, our certified trainers will lead you through the 6-week program.
