It is our goal to provide all Shenandoah University students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to participate in enjoyable, organized, recreational activities both on campus and virtually during these trying times. This will also allow time for stress relief and social interaction with a diverse student body. We would like to challenge everyone to have physical awareness not only in their experience with Shenandoah but for years to come. Live happy! Stay fit.

Social Distancing is strongly encouraged. Social distancing is vital for your health. Although you are young, please see the value in doing this. And, with most events canceled around you, the temptation will be strong to hang out more together. However, please keep social distancing in mind, especially if you are sick.
We are Making Improvements:
In an effort to improve our systems, we are using new membership software. Due to this fact, all Fitness Center users will need to complete the new waiver prior to being able to use the Brandt Student Center Fitness Center. If you are a returning student and filled out the waiver since February 1, 2019, you should be good to go! If you are a new student or simply new to our Fitness Center, don’t delay your workout, fill it out today (will take less than 2-minutes).
The staff here are passionate about creating a fitness experience to help you get the most out of life. We hope to provide opportunities for all SU students, faculty, and staff to stay fit through the use of our state-of-the-art equipment and classes.
