Anxiety Group Meets every other Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. This group is an introduction to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety. You will learn about your anxiety, what may be causing it, and how CBT treatment will work. CBT is an evidence-based treatment that involves modifying thoughts and behaviors to help patients feel better and move toward their life aims. To sign up, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Anxiety Group” in the subject line. We will register you for a 30-minute meeting to gather appropriate information.
