Anxiety Support Group Do you find yourself dealing with moments of panic that cause you to sweat, shake and have difficulty breathing, are unable to stop worrying, or are just unable to relax? Would you like to learn some tools for how to begin managing these anxiety symptoms better? Join us on Wednesdays from 3-4 p.m. for an introduction to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety. You will learn about your anxiety, what may be causing it, and how CBT treatment will work. CBT is an evidence-based treatment that involves modifying thoughts and behaviors to help students feel better and move toward their life aims. To sign up, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Anxiety Support Group” in the subject line. We will register you for a 30-minute meeting to gather appropriate information.
