Wednesdays at noon is a virtual Back to Basics fitness class with Beth and Trevor via Zoom.
Campus Recreation & Wellness is offering some great virtual fitness classes for you, taught by Shenandoah University students! All classes are hybrid meaning participants can attend virtually or in person. All group fitness participants must complete the fitness waiver prior to participating in classes.
