Buti Yoga Join us OUTSIDE on the Quad near Allen Dining Hall for Buti Yoga with Christina. If we have inclement weather, we will meet at the South Campus Commons, Classroom A. This class will also be available via Zoom. Break the mold of what you think yoga is. This is a movement-based yoga practice that elevates the heart rate with a combination of plyometrics and yoga. This mixture allows it to become a H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training) style practice. Buti Yoga is an all-in-one program that brings both high energy and stillness, cardio and stretching, work, and relaxation into one space.
