CANCELLED: It’s L.I.I.T. (Low Intensity Interval Training)

It’s L.I.I.T. (Low Intensity Interval Training) takes place every Monday at 7:30 p.m. at South Campus Commons (SCC)’s Classroom A or via Zoom with a series of exercises geared toward improving your range of motion, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. These exercises require no equipment and will assist in improving your overall wellness.
The Monday, Oct. 19, class is canceled. Class will resume next week.
Campus Recreation & Wellness is offering some great virtual fitness classes for you, taught by Shenandoah University students!
