Join the Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) on Feb. 22 from 4-6 p.m. for the Winchester Area Temporary Transitional Shelter’s Coldest Night of the Year. Walk downtown with other groups to raise money for WATTS while also learning about how the organization aids Winchester’s local homeless population. CCE has volunteered with WATTS by serving meals at its shelters on Sunday evenings. This event is a great opportunity to get outside, help your community, and have fun with fellow students and community members!
