Constitution Day: A Barrier of Parchment Join the Department of Political Science and Shenandoah University in celebrating the 233rd birthday of the U.S. Constitution. Dr. Michael Romano (Associate Professor, Political Science) will be on hand to discuss the Constitution’s primary purpose, and what the “promise” of the Constitution means for U.S. Citizens.  Students who attend until the end may enter to win ONE of THREE $25 gift cards to a location of their choice.
