Cool Spring Yoga is from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Cool Springs Lodge. In its third year, this will be a workout style, outdoor yoga class ending in a guided meditation. Bring a yoga mat and any props you like to use as well as sunscreen and bug spray. We are under a covered pavilion. Cool Spring is open to the public and this is a donation-based yoga class.
