Dance Party Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until December 10, 2020
Thursdays at 7 p.m. is a hybrid Dance Party fitness class with Morgan via Zoom.
Campus Recreation & Wellness is offering some great virtual fitness classes for you, taught by Shenandoah University students! All classes are hybrid meaning participants can attend virtually or in person.
All in-person sessions take place at Jim Barnett Tennis Courts. These sessions take place on the grass and participants are encouraged to bring their own mats. Space for in-person sessions is limited to the first 12 participants. All group fitness participants must complete the fitness waiver prior to participating in classes.
