Día de los Muertos/Day of the Dead “Día de los Muertos” also known as the Day of the Dead, will be hosted on Tuesday, Nov. 2nd at 6:30 p.m. at Sarah’s Glen. Día de los Muertos is an intimate celebration traditionally celebrated in Mexico and other countries across Latin America. It is a day to honor the lives of those who have departed. Students are encouraged to learn and take part in this tradition by bringing photos of past relatives or momentos. As a celebration of Life instead of a mourning of Death.
This is a live event with music, food, and other delicacies. This event is in collaboration with the Mosaic Center, FYS, International Students Association, and Estudiantes Unidos.
