The Employee Health and Wellness Fair will be Wednesday, Sept. 25, from 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, Ferrari Room.

Key services include:

• Biometric Health Screenings: Provided by Valley Health, including a metabolic panel, Hg A1C, and lipid panel. Fasting required. Signup is required for this service, with a follow-up consultation available.
• Dietician Consultations: Learn about healthy diets and ask questions about popular trends like Keto and Paleo.
• Weight Loss Program: Selma Weight Loss Center will offer guidance, free body age scans, and tips to kickstart weight loss.
• SU Fit: Shenandoah University’s personal trainers will offer advice on getting started with fitness.
• Flu Shots: No appointment needed.
• Finding an MD: Valley Health will assist in selecting a primary care physician or specialist.
• Mental Health Resources: Optima EAP will provide mental health support resources.
• Anthem Wellness & Sydney App: Representatives will explain health plan benefits, including mental health services.
