Esports Summer Camp is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Health & Life Sciences Building, SCiL Lab. This one week camp will introduce campers to what it is like to compete in a varsity level esports program. Campers will work with current SU varsity players and coaches to hone their skills across games of interest including, but not limited to, Overwatch, Rocket League and League of Legends. Campers will also learn about how to stream themselves and their content on Twitch and other platforms, so they can begin to develop a brand for themselves. This camp will also teach campers lessons from the new esports major at SU such as how to run events, the importance of nutrition and exercise to gaming performance, and gaming psychology. Shenandoah’s Esports Summer Camp is open to students ages 10-18.
Lunch is provided daily and a t-shirt is included. The camp is $300 per week per camper, and is located on the Shenandoah University campus. Register now
