Good Grief: Gardening for Growth

Grief, like nature, moves through cycles of loss and renewal. Join Spiritual Life on Thursday, May 15, from 3-4:30 p.m. in the Cooley Garden (across from Allen Dining Hall) for a special Gardening for Growth edition of Good Grief.

Whether you choose to plant, observe, or simply spend time in the garden, this hands-on experience offers a chance to process grief through nature. Digging into the soil and nurturing new life can be a powerful reminder that healing, like growth, takes time. Gloves and tools will be provided, but if you plan to get your hands in the dirt, consider wearing something you don’t mind getting a little messy.
