Gratitude Night with Calm Club! Are you looking to decompress and find creative ways to cope with stress? Join Calm Club for Gratitude night! We will meet Monday, November 21 at 7 p.m. in Henkel 107 for some intentional conversation, journaling, and reflection. Free journals will be available for the first 15 people to attend the event. Normally, we meet every Tuesday at 7pm in Henkel 107 with a new activity each week to promote your mental health wellness and relaxation.
