Heartfulness Relaxation & Meditation is from 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, Room 118. Spiritual Life and the Mosaic Center for Diversity invite Shenandoah students to experience Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation: meditation to empower harmony of the body and mind. Are you stressed? Would you like to reconnect with yourself, to be still and listen to your heart? Heartfulness Meditation is a simple and effective process where you can learn to relax and meditate on your heart. In guided sessions, you can learn to de-stress daily and develop a routine of Heartfulness Meditation. Meditations are held during De-stress for Success Week and will be guided by Dr. Petra M.
