Heartfulness Relaxation & Meditation is offered weekly on from 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Cooley Hall, room 106. You are invited to experience Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation: meditation to empower the harmony of the body and mind. Are you stressed? Heartfulness Meditation is a simple and effective process where you can learn to relax and meditate on your heart. These free sessions are guided by Dr. Petra M. Schweitzer, a practitioner of meditation for 28 years and a Heartfulness trainer. Hosted by the Office of Spiritual Life and the Mosaic Center for Diversity.
