Heartfulness Relaxation will begin at 4 p.m. in Smith Library, Armstrong Conference Room. Spiritual Life and the Mosaic Center for Diversity invite Shenandoah students to experience Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation: meditation to empower harmony of the body and mind. Are you stressed? Would you like to reconnect with yourself, to be still and listen to your heart? Heartfulness Meditation is a simple and effective process where you can learn to relax and meditate on your heart. In guided sessions, you can learn to de-stress daily and develop a routine of Heartfulness Meditation. Meditations will be guided by Dr. Petra M. Schweitzer, a practitioner of meditation for 28 years and a Heartfulness trainer.
