Hispanic Heritage Month: Museum Exhibit

Hispanic Heritage Month: Museum Exhibit The MSV has reserved a time for Shenandoah University students on Tuesday, October 11th from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. to view the exhibit and receive a special talk from the museum director. Please meet us at the museum to see this specially curated exhibit. Latin America offers a multifaceted journey through twentieth- and twenty-first-century Latin American art. The exhibition includes more than 60 paintings, photographs, prints, books, drawings, and sculptures by Mexican, South American, and Caribbean artists spanning six decades, from the 1950s to the late 2010s. It features some of Latin America’s most celebrated artists, including Lucio Fontana, Roberto Matta, José Clemente Orozco, Engels the Artist, and Rufino Tamayo. Register here.
