An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Monday, repeating until December 14, 2020

It’s L.I.I.T. (Low Intensity Interval Training) takes place every Monday, 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at South Campus Commons (SCC)’s Classroom A or via Zoom with a series of exercises geared toward improving your range of motion, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. These exercises require no equipment and will assist in improving your overall wellness.

Campus Recreation & Wellness is offering some great virtual fitness classes for you, taught by Shenandoah University students! For more information please contact recsports@su.edu or visit su.edu/campus-life/recreation for descriptions and updates. All group fitness participants must complete the fitness waiver prior to participating in classes.
