It’s L.I.I.T. (Low Intensity Interval Training) takes place every Monday, 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at South Campus Commons (SCC)’s Classroom A or via Zoom with a series of exercises geared toward improving your range of motion, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. These exercises require no equipment and will assist in improving your overall wellness.
Campus Recreation & Wellness is offering some great virtual fitness classes for you, taught by Shenandoah University students! All group fitness participants must complete the fitness waiver prior to participating in classes.
