“It’s L.I.I.T.” Virtual Fitness Class “It’s L.I.I.T.” Virtual Fitness Class, Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. A series of Low-Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) exercises geared toward improving your range of motion, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
