Le Bistro Poulet: Join us this Sunday as Opera Extra premieres Le Bistro Poulet, a new work composed by alumnus Edward Shilts with libretto by senior Julian Baldwin, at the Hal Herman Lab Theatre.
During a dinner shift at Le Bistro Poulet, the kitchen staff are informed by Marsha, the widowed owner of the Bistro, that Tom Cruise will be coming to their restaurant for dinner. It should be a perfect night, but the Ghost of Marsha’s dead husband returns and begins haunting the kitchen on a quest for vengeance. Chaos ensues!
