Throughout history labyrinths have been used as a meditative tool symbolizing a journey to our own center, then returning back into the world with more feelings of peace, clarity, and mindfulness. Join us for a guided Mindfulness Labyrinth walk with drumming on April 19th from 5- 6 p.m. outside Ohstrom-Bryant Theatre followed by a short guided meditation to find your center.
