Pilates w/ Eve will be held on Sundays from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. This mat-based workout is designed for participants to refine physical strength, develop long/lean muscles, gain core strength and stability, flexibility and increase mind-body awareness. Drop in, break a sweat and love your body! All levels are welcome.
All in-person classes take place in Shingleton Gym unless otherwise stated. All participants must complete the 2021-2022 fitness waiver prior to participating in an in-person class. All patrons are encouraged to bring a water bottle and mat, as limited supplies will be available. Proper athletic attire is also required. Want to participate virtually? Join via Zoom.
