Pilates w/ Eve will be held on Sundays from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. This mat-based workout is designed for participants to refine physical strength, develop long/lean muscles, gain core strength and stability, flexibility and increase mind-body awareness. Drop in, break a sweat and love your body! All levels are welcome.   All in-person classes take place in Shingleton Gym unless otherwise stated.
