Pound Fitness with Jill is from 6:30 p.m to 7:30 p.m in the Brandt Student Center, Room 123 (Borden Student Associations Center, aka B-SAC). Pound Fitness is a full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a choreographed series accompanied by your favorite music. Participants are asked to sign up at imleagues.com. Proper athletic attire is required. Participants are encouraged to bring water.
