Pound Fitness with Jill will begin at 6 p.m. in the Borden Student Association Center, Brandt Student Center. Pound Fitness is a full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a choreographed series accompanied by your favorite music. Pound Fitness is hosted every Tuesday during the spring 2018 semester. Participants are asked to sign-up at www.imleagues.com. Proper athletic attire is required.
