Saturday Yoga with Amber begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Brandt Student Center, Room 123 (Borden Student Associations Center, aka B-SAC). Yoga emphasizes breath and movement through a series of poses that unite in a smooth, modern flow. This class focuses on modifications and alignment while safely building strength and flexibility. It’s perfect for anyone looking to let go of stress and physical tension. Participants are asked to sign up at imleagues.com. Proper athletic attire is required. Limited yoga mats are available, so participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Participants are also encouraged to bring water.
