Becoming a Shenandoah University Leadership Academy (SULA) fellow benefits students by preparing them for leadership positions, creating a sense of belonging in a leadership-based community, and helping them differentiate themselves in the marketplace. Apply for the 2025-26 academic year using this Google Form by Monday, April 14, at 5 p.m.

SULA fellows work individually and as a team to build leadership by: 

• Attending signature events.
• Completing a leadership assessment.
• Being a member of the Leadership & Mentoring Program (LAMP).
• Attending leadership conferences.
• Participating in experiential learning.
• Being a member of a student organization.
• Working closely with Career & Professional Development and Civic Engagement.
• Attending IDE workshops.
