Celebrate group and individual achievements at the Shenandoah Veterans & Supporters (SVS) final fall semester meeting on Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. in Hazel-Pruitt Armory, Room 201. The group will also discuss plans for SVS and the Winchester veteran community, and learn about benefits and programs for veterans.
