Join Shenandoah Veterans & Supporters on Tuesday, March 4, at 2 p.m. for a membership meeting in Hazel-Pruitt Armory, Room 201. This month, SVS welcomes Wayne White, program lead for Project Healing Waters, a leading nonprofit organization that supports veterans by offering therapeutic outdoor recreation, with fly fishing as the key intervention. White will share insight into the organization’s programs, its impact on veterans, and how you can get involved. Additionally, he will lead a hands-on session on the proper techniques of fly rod and reel assembly.
