SOAR Stand-up Paddleboarding and Cook Out Trip SOAR SUP and Cook Out Find out what’s SUP with Stand Up Paddleboarding! On Saturday, September 10th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., we will be paddleboarding down the Shenandoah River. Once we reach our destination, we’ll do a cook out for dinner.
