Total Body X

Total Body X begins at 7 p.m. via Zoom. Total Body X is hosted by Nicole.  Participants experience a variety of strength, cardio and core exercises as you push past ordinary and become X-traordinary with Nicole during Total Body X. This full body workout is sure to help you reach your fitness goals through the use of body weight exercises focused on helping you strengthen, tone and build up your cardiovascular endurance.
