Total Body X Hybrid Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until December 6, 2020
Sundays at 5 p.m. is a hybrid Total Body X fitness class with Nicole via Zoom.
Campus Recreation & Wellness is offering some great virtual fitness classes for you, taught by Shenandoah University students! All classes are hybrid meaning participants can attend virtually or in person.
All in-person sessions take place on the Leadership Lawn, which is located adjacent to the Brandt Student Center in Lot D. These sessions take place on the grass and participants are encouraged to bring their own mats. Space for in-person sessions is limited to the first 12 participants. All group fitness participants must complete the fitness waiver prior to participating in classes.
