Total Body X will begin at 6:30 p.m. in Shingleton Hall, Shingleton Gymnasium. Experience a variety of strength, cardio and core exercises as you push past ordinary and become X-traordinary. This full body workout is sure to help you reach your fitness goals through the use of free weights, bands and body weight exercises focused on helping you strengthen, tone and build up your cardiovascular endurance.
