Turbosport with Stacey
begins at 6:30 p.m.
in the Brandt Student Center, Room 123 (Borden Student Associations Center, aka B-SAC). This full-body workout includes sport-specific warm-up, higher-paced intervals, easy-to-follow combos, kickboxing-specific strength and endurance training and concludes with a nice cool down. Participants are asked to sign up at imleagues.com
