The Shenandoah Outdoor & Adventure Recreation Program (SOAR) is teaming up with the Winchester biking community for a community ride on Oct. 10 at 6 p.m. This urban ride will leave from the SOAR center (Vaden Campus Commons lot) at 6 p.m. The $5 fee includes use of bicycle and helmet. Supplies are limited so register today. If you already have your own bike/helmet, there is no fee to participate.
