Vinyasa Yoga – Fitness Class Vinyasa Yoga with Nicole will be held in Shingleton Gym on Sundays at 6 p.m. Join Nicole for a Vinyasa Flow to start your week off right! In this dynamic form of yoga, we connect breath with movement to create balance in the body and mind. Postures are sequenced to help strengthen your muscles improve flexibility, and tune into the rhythm or your body All levels welcome! Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and water bottle.
