Vinyasa Yoga with Nicole will take place Sundays at 6:00 p.m. in Shingleton Gym. This is a FREE Fitness class. Join Nicole for a Vinyasa Flow to start your week off right! In this dynamic form of yoga, we connect breath with movement to create balance in the body and mind. Postures are sequenced to help strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, and tune into the rhythm of your body. All levels welcome!
