Virtual-BarreWorks Fitness Class with Natalie will begin at 6 p.m. via Zoom. BarreWorks is a refined stylized workout designed to target each muscle group to the point of fatigue for the best results. Barre methods are created through various small isometric movements to tone and define your muscles. Whether you are a training athlete or discovering your new love of fitness, everyone can join the fun for real results.
