Yoga Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 8, 2020
Yoga fitness class is an in-person class using a union of breathing techniques and movements to provide a full-body workout. This class focuses on alignment while building strength and flexibility. Come to South Campus Commons (SCC), classroom A, to attend the in-person fitness class.
