Webinar for Alumni: Digital Flourishing: Strategies for Fostering Wellness in an Era of Remote Work

January 27 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Digital Flourishing: Strategies for Fostering Wellness in an Era of Remote Work Webinar begins at noon on Wednesday, Jan. 27. This webinar is provided FREE of charge to all Shenandoah University alumni, courtesy of the Alumni Association.

Finding a sense of balance in our “always-on culture” was tricky before the pandemic; now, we find ourselves at a breaking point with Zoom fatigue, information overload, and remote work challenges. Unplugging is no longer a realistic option, as literally, everything has moved online.  It’s time to explore new strategies for creating a practical sense of balance.  In this enlightening presentation, happiness expert Amy Blankson will present a new digital flourishing model that will help you self-assess and strategize how to create a dynamic sense of balance in an otherwise unpredictable world.

About Our Speaker: Amy Blankson is the CEO Of Fearless Positivity, Co-Founder of the Digital Wellness Institute, and author of The Future of Happiness. She’s the only person to receive a Point of Light award from two US Presidents, which honors the efforts of outstanding individuals who demonstrate the transformative power of service. She is also a member of the UN Global Happiness Council, a Fellow of the World Innovation Organization, a featured professor in Oprah’s happiness e-course, and a regular contributor to Forbes.
