Yoga w/ Christina is from 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. in the Health Professions Building Christina focuses on getting your mind and body in sync. This full-body workout will combine specific breathing and movements to relax and strengthen your body and mind. All levels are welcome.
All participants must complete the 2021-2022 fitness waiver
prior to participating in an in-person class. All patrons are encouraged to bring a water bottle and mat, as limited supplies will be available. Proper athletic attire is also required. Want to participate virtually? Join via Zoom
