Yogatone & Pilates with Stacey will begin at 6 p.m. in the Borden Student Association Center, Brandt Student Center. This is a combination yoga, Pilates and strength training toning class designed for all fitness levels. YogaTone & Pilates will place an Emphasis on posture, breathing, and strength training. Yoga Tone exercises are designed to tone the whole body. Modifications to increase/decrease difficulty will be offered. Classes will take place every Wednesday during the spring 2018. Participants are asked to sign-up at www.imleagues.com. Proper athletic attire is required. Limited Yoga Mats are available. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and water.
